Everything you need to know about our dynamic pricing, billing, package upgrades, and refund policies.

Our pricing is dynamic and fully transparent. It is calculated based on two factors: the total square footage of your property and the inspection package you choose (Essential, Standard, or Premium).

No, we believe in 100% transparent pricing. The quote generated by our pricing slider based on your square footage is the final price. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges on-site.

One free re-inspection visit is fully included in our Premium package to verify builder repairs. For Essential and Standard packages, a re-inspection can be booked later as an optional add-on for a nominal fee.

Absolutely! You can upgrade your package (e.g., from Essential to Standard) at any time up to 12 hours before the scheduled inspection by simply paying the price difference.

You get a 100% full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the inspection. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a nominal fee to cover scheduling costs. Rescheduling is completely free if done 12 hours prior.

If our engineer arrives and the site is inaccessible (locked flat, no electricity/water), a minor visit charge of ₹500 is deducted, and the rest of your payment is refunded or credited to a rescheduled date.

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Net Banking. Full payment is required online to confirm and secure your inspection slot.
